Gin Citadelle Original

It is an Ultra Premium gin obtained with Ugni Blanc grape alcohol from Cognac, which is distilled with the products also distilled from the botanical components. The botanicals used are enebro, orange, lime, coriander, liquorice, green cardamom, cassia, nutmeg and cubeba. The final product, is more intense and spicy than its sister Floraison, soft, silky, fresh and light on the palate, with sweet taste by alcohol, predominating the smell of citrus, and very aromatic, gained in flavor when cold.

The final product, soft, velvety, fresh and light on the palate, somewhat sweet, predominantly the floral flavor, which masks the wine: in the smell, it is very aromatic, predominantly also the floral aroma.

Barber's gin is a gin that follows the traditional English canon of the time of GIN CRAZE, both for its organoleptic characteristics and for its elaboration. Fresh aroma and dry mouth that achieves this through a greater presence of the enebro, which together with few other botanicals enhance its objective. It is made in London by hand, destilating in traditional stills.
