Shipping the package
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 / 48 hours of receipt of payment, through the carrier that has been selected with tracking number and unsigned delivery.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, we have exclusive boxes to protect the bottles and thus ensure their delivery in perfect condition.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
Shipments will be free for purchases over 100 euros.
Returns
Divino Drinks guarantees its customers the possibility to cancel their order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
The customer will have a period of fifteen days from the receipt of the order to terminate the contract and make the return of the purchased product taking care of the expenses and the return system. The client will communicate to Divino Drinks within the stipulated period and by any means admitted in law, his desire to exercise the right of termination of the contract. In these cases, Divino Drinks will return the money of the purchase (not the one of the transport) through the same method of payment made by the customer.
The customer may return any item he has purchased on the Divino Drinks website provided that the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. In these cases, Divino Drinks will refund the purchase money through the same way the payment was made by the customer, or a credit will be made to their personal account.
If a product other than that ordered by the customer was delivered in error from Divino Drinks, the correct product will be delivered to you at no additional charge to the buyer.
