Geneva Bombay Sapphire is a 40o gin of alcohol made with the exclusive Carterhead copper still. Bombay Sapphire has the peculiarity of distilling its botanicals separately. This mode of elaboration aims to achieve a unique flavor. Alcohol passes through botanicals in the form of steam, allowing it to absorb all fragrances. It's complex, gentle and insinuating. It has a ripe citrus flavor with a touch of enebro, combined with an elegant, light and spicy finish.
