Made in six specially selected barrels. These are Whiskies matured in ex-bourbon barrels, Matusalem or odorous wood, Madeira barrels, Marsala barrels, port pipes and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels come together in perfect harmony. Each barrel gives its own notes of flavor, delivering a unique malt whisky complex revered by connoisseurs. Sublime creation of master blender Richard Paterson getting silver medal at International Wine Spirits Comp. in 2008 and gold medal at San Francisco World Spirits Comp. in 2009.

Dalmore 12 years has been matured over a nine-year period in American white oak barrels, before being divided.
Continuous maturation, one half in bourbon barrels and the other half in barrels, where it was kept for 30 years, the Matusalem odorous sherry.

Dalmore 15 Years is a pure malt Scotch whisky that matures for 15 years in sherry barrels, specifically the Matusalem, Apostles and Loving varieties.
